| The Budva Riviera is situated in the central part of the Montenegrin coast, with its superficies of 122 km2 and with population of 17.000 inhabitants. It is located at 42 10’ – 42 20’ of the northern latitude and at 18 49’ – 19 00’ of the eastern longitude. Along the 25 km of the coast, 17 beautiful sandy beaches, smaller and larger, are threaded, starting from Jaz at the North and all long to Buljarice at the far South of the Budva Riviera. The climate in Budva is typically Mediterranean with mild but rainy winters and long, hot and dry summers. The average temperature in January is 8° C, while in July it is 23, 8° C. the average annual temperature is 15, 5° C (23, 1° C in summer and 9, 3° C in winter). Budva has 2.300 sunny hours per year, which provides it a place at the very top of the tourist centers on the Mediterranean.

The temperature of the sea varies from 11, 7° C in February to 24, 7° C in August. In the period from May till October, the sea reaches an average temperature of more than 18° C, which means that the bathing season lasts for the whole six months.
